Whether you choose to pop in for a cut and colour, or relax with anything from a £35 face exfoliation right the way through to a £285 couples’ treatment (men, this makes the perfect present for your lady) you’ll be treated to excellent, professional service.  

In addition to the usual, Independent mindbodysoul also provide a well thought out and exciting selection of unusual treatments – teenage girls will love the ‘Little Miss’ package, whilst those of us who regularly abandon our ovens in favour of the local takeaway will benefit from a session with nutritionist Kirsten Brooks who can talk you through changing your diet for the better.
